Mr. Richard X. LI

Mr. Li received his B.E. in Computer Science in 2009 from Beijing Technology and Business University, and his Juris Master from Lanzhou University Law School in 2012 and joined CPA in the same year. He has been admitted to practice law since 2011, and qualified as a patent attorney in China in 2014. In 2017, he received his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School and passed the New York State bar exam.

Mr. Li's practice field involves contentious and non-contentious matters, including patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation, patent administrative litigation, and IP licensing, FTO, contract review, due diligence etc. Mr. Li has represented clients from computer, internet, telecommunication, consumer electronics, machinery manufacturing and other industries, and he has practical experiences before major courts in China for IP disputes.

Mr. Li participated in multiple topic studies sponsored by government agencies and professional organizations, and several of his research papers were published on IP magazines. He is a member of All-China Patent Attorneys Association. Working language: Chinese and English.
