Mr. Deng received his B.S. in Semiconductor Physics and Elements from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1984. He started his IP career at the CCPIT Patent Agency as a patent agent in the same year. From 1990 to 1991, he received his training in the European and German patent laws under Dr. Hiltl, a European patent attorney from Munich. From 1992 to 1999, he was engaged in the studies and research on solid state physics at Ludwig-Maxmilians University, Munich, and received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics there. He started to work as a senior engineer and project leader in the field of semiconductor test and measurement in Munich in 2000. Mr. Deng joined the CPA in 2006, and now works as CPA’s chief representative in Munich. Mr. Deng is good at handling patent cases in German, and knows well the patent laws and practice in China and Europe. He excels at counseling clients from German-speaking regions on IPRs protection and strategy. He is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association. Working Languages: Chinese, German and English.
