Ms. PANG Lizhi

Ms. Pang received from Beijing University of Chemical Technology her B.S. in Polymeric Chemistry and Engineering in 1990 and her M.S. in Polymer Materials in 1997. She joined CPA after graduation, and qualified as a patent attorney in 1998. She was further awarded an LL.M. in Civil and Commercial Law by Renmin University of China in 2004. Ms. Pang was trained in the European  and German IPR protection in Germany in 2003, and in U.S. patent and licensing practice in the United States in 2005. Ms. Pang is skilful in drafting application documents in the fields of organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, photovoltaic material, polymer chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and industrial chemistry, and experienced in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, handling reexamination and invalidation cases, and dealing with patent-related administrative litigation. Ms. Pang also has rich experience in representing Chinese individuals or enterprises in drafting and filing patent applications in foreign countries, and is adept at counseling Chinese and foreign enterprises in IPR protection and strategy. She is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association. Working languages: Chinese, English and Japanese.
