Mr. ZHAO Sulin

Mr. Zhao received his B.S. in Analysis Chemistry (with a minor in Computer Application) in 1995, and his M.S. in Applied Chemistry in 2000 from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He joined CPA and qualified as a patent attorney in 2000. Mr. Zhao received further training in the European patent law in a German law firm in 2005. In 2006, Mr. Zhao received his LLM in Civil and Commercial Law from the Law School of Renmin University of China. In 2009, he qualified as an attorney-at-law. He received further training on U.S. patent law and practice in John Marshall Law School (United States) in 2011. Mr. Zhao is skillful in drafting application documents in such fields as organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, fine chemistry and chemical engineering, and experienced in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, handling reexamination and invalidation cases, and dealing with relevant administrative litigation in the above fields. He is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association. Working languages: Chinese and English.
