Ms. Jiang received her B. S. in Electronics from Wuhan University of Topographic Science and Technology, and her L.L.M. from the Law School of Peking University. Ms Jiang was qualified as a patent attorney in 1985 and started her IP career with CCPIT Patent Agency in the same year. Ms. Jiang joined China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. in 1995, and in 1998 she was certified as an attorney-at-law. Ms. Jiang was a trainee in an IP law firm in Germany in 1988 and was a partner of an IP law firm in Beijing during 2007-2009. She has handled many patent applications in the fields covering electronic devices, computer engineering, communications, semiconductor, etc. Ms. Jiang provides legal consultation on IP protection, especially patent strategy, and is experienced in patent prosecution, litigation, licensing and assignment, as well as computer software registration, copyright protection and anti-unfair competition. In addition to IP protection in Mainland China, Ms. Jiang also gets fully involved in the prosecution of Hong Kong patent and design registrations and in providing clients with legal service on IP protection in Hong Kong. Ms. Jiang is a member of China Group of AIPPI, a member of Hong Kong Sub-Chapter, LES China, a member of All China Patent Agent Association, and also a member of IP Litigation group and Invention-Patent group of All China Patent Agent Association.
