Representative Cases
2018-2020 Represented a well-known German Fortune 500 home appliance company in an administrative dispute between the company and the appellee State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) over the rejection of a patent application for invention, through the first trial of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court in 2018 and the second trial of the Supreme Court in 2020, the work and efforts of the CPA team for the case have been recognized and praised by the client.

2018-2021 Represented a well-known German Fortune 500 industrial group in an administrative dispute between the group and the appellee State Intellectual Property Office over the rejection and review of a patent application for an invention, which provided valuable experience for the group in the field of automated vehicle driving.
