Representative Cases
- He, on behalf of the plaintiff, won a patent administrative lawsuit of a university of Netherlands and a UK citizen v. CNIPA involving biopharmaceutical technology in the first instance, the second instance and the retrial, resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision. The second instance judgment is on the lists of the Annual Report on IP Cases of the SPC as well as the Tenets of Adjudication of the IP Tribunal of the SPC of that year.
