- Represented a university of the Netherlands and a U.K. citizen (plaintiffs) against China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in a patent administrative case involving biopharmaceutical technology in the first instance, the second instance, and the retrial, winning all these lawsuits and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision. The second instance is, as a typical case, on the lists of the Annual Report on IP Cases of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) as well as the Tenets of Adjudication of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC of the year;

- Represented a Sweden industrial product manufacture company (plaintiff) against CNIPA et al. in a patent administrative case involving welding technology in the second instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision. The second instance is, as a typical case, on the lists of the Annual Report on IP Cases of the SPC as well as the Tenets of Adjudication of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC of the year;

- Represented a Japanese company (the third party) in a patent administrative case of a Chinese company v. CNIPA and the Japanese company involving genetic engineering technology, winning the first instance and the second instance, resulting in the maintenance of patent right. The second instance is, as a typical case, on the lists of the Tenets of Adjudication of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC of the year;

- Represented a Chinese subsidiary of a Swiss company (plaintiff) against a Chinese company in a patent ownership case involving chemical engineering technology in the first instance and the second instance, winning the case with the result that the plaintiff becomes the sole patentee of the patent in dispute. The second instance is, as a typical case, on the lists of the Tenets of Adjudication of the Intellectual Property Court of the SPC of the year;

- Represented a U.S. pharmaceutical company (plaintiff) against the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB) in a patent administrative case involving chemical drug in the second instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a German pharmaceutical company (plaintiff) against PRB in a patent administrative case involving biotechnology in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a U.S. food company (plaintiff) against PRB in a patent administrative case involving food technology in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a U.S. glass fiber material company (plaintiff) against PRB in a patent administrative case involving glass material technology in the first instance and the second instance, winning the lawsuits and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a U.S. chemical engineering company (plaintiff) against PRB in a patent administrative case involving chemical engineering technology in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a German pharmaceutical company (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving chemical drug in the first instance and the second instance, winning the lawsuits and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a Swiss medical device company (plaintiff) against a domestic company in a patent infringement case involving medical detection device in the first instance, obtaining injunction and damages, and having the judgment enforced successfully;

- Represented a Swiss industrial material company (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving industrial material in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a U.S. chemical engineering company (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving chemical engineering technology in the first instance and the second instance, winning the lawsuits and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a veterinary drug company of the Netherlands (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving vaccine for animals in the first instance and the second instance, winning the lawsuits and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented an electronic product company of the Netherlands (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving chemical engineering in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a university of the Netherlands and a U.K. citizen (plaintiffs) in a patent administrative case involving biopharmaceutical technology in the second instance and the retrial, winning the lawsuits and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented an Italian chemical engineering company (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving chemical engineering technology in the second instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a Sweden biotechnology company (patentee) against multiple domestic companies in the administrative adjudication of serial patent infringement disputes involving probiotics, winning the cases and obtaining injunctions successfully;

- Represented a U.K. textile company (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving textile technology in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a U.S. research foundation (plaintiff) against CNIPA in a patent administrative case involving pharmaceutical technology in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented a Chinese citizen (plaintiff) against CNIPA and a Chinese company in a patent administrative case involving medical device technology in the first instance and the second instance, winning the case and resulting in the final reversal of the sued decision;

- Represented an Austrian company (plaintiff) against CNIPA and a Chinese company in a patent administrative case involving textile technology in the first instance, winning the case and resulting in the reversal of the sued decision.
