CPA Continues to be Named Recommended Firm in IP Dispute Resolution & Two CPA Senior Attorneys Recognised Again as Litigation Stars in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2025

Recently, the 2025 edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific was released. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is pleased to share that our firm was again named a Recommended Firm for intellectual property (IP) dispute resolution in China. CPA has been awarded this honour for eight consecutive years. In addition, CPA deputy general managers Mr. Xiong Yanfeng and Mr. Hu Gang were again recognised as Litigation Stars in the field of IP. 

The 2025 rankings were based on ten months' research during which extensive interviews were made with dispute resolution specialists, litigators, and clients, taking into account recent casework handled by the candidate law firms, as well as client feedback and opinions of legal practitioners within relevant jurisdiction or practice area.
