CPA Invited to 2025 Hong Kong ESG Awards cum ESG Pledge Presentation Ceremony

On 17 October 2025, the 2025 Hong Kong ESG Awards cum ESG Pledge Presentation Ceremony hosted by the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong (CMA) was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. CMA as an advocate of sustainable development has introduced the ESG Pledge, the Hong Kong ESG Awards and a range of green services to assist industry players in embracing corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

Our firm China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA), an ongoing implementer of ESG, consistently integrates sustainable development and social responsibilities into our core operations. In 2024, CPA joined the ESG Pledge scheme organised by CMA and co-operated with Hong Kong Brand Development Council, which aims at promoting sustainable development concepts and practices within Hong Kong's business community.

At the ESG Pledge Presentation Ceremony, participating companies of the ESG Pledge scheme were recognised for their active commitment and achievements in ESG. Our firm was one of the invited attendants, represented at the ceremony by general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe. During the ceremony, Mr. Wu together with other participants took group photos to mark the occasion, expressing their support for the ESG Pledge and the industry's sustainable development initiatives.

The ceremony was officiated by Mr. Michael Wong, Deputy Financial Secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong SAR, further highlighting the high priority given to ESG work by both the government and the industry.
