CPA Participates in AIPLA 2025 Annual Meeting

The 2025 Annual Meeting of AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association), an important platform bringing together global IP professionals to learn and connect, was successfully held in Washington, D.C. on 30 October - 1 November 2025. Our firm China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) was represented at the meeting by deputy general manager Mr. Xiong Yanfeng, Electronics & Electricity Department (Beijing Office) manager Mr. Liu Peng, and Electronics & Electricity Department (Shenzhen Office) patent attorney Ms. Yang Meiling.

Topics covered in this year's programmes included development trends of global patent offices, artificial intelligence in IP, new trademark rules, litigation funding, and collaborative IP supervision in pharmaceutical technology. CPA delegation cherished the learning and networking opportunities provided by the meeting, actively taking part in various sessions and events to benefit from the industry insights and experience sharing, as well as engaging in in-depth exchanges with experts, scholars, and industry associates from all over the world on diverse issues, in particular the latest IP development and business environment in respective jurisdictions.
