CNIPA Delegation Visits CPA Hong Kong Headquarters

On 3 December 2025, a delegation of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) led by Mr. Li Shengjun, deputy head of the Patent Office of the CNIPA, visited the headquarters of China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) in Hong Kong.

The CNIPA delegation was received by CPA general manager Mr. Wu Yuhe and deputy general manager Mr. Xiong Yanfeng. During the visit, the delegation held discussions with Mr. Wu, Mr. Xiong, and our department representatives to exchange views on a number of hot issues including cultivation of foreign-related legal professionals, the recently issued amendment of the Guidelines for Patent Examination, and current development of domestic patent agency industry.
