CPA Participates in 6th Shenzhen-Hong Kong Collaborative IP Protection Salon
Recently, our firm China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) participated in the 6th Shenzhen-Hong Kong Collaborative Intellectual Property Protection Salon hosted by the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Center. CPA was a co-organiser of the event.
This year's salon, with a focus on the challenges of intellectual property (IP) protection faced by enterprises against a backdrop of global competition, brought together industry experts and enterprise representatives from Shenzhen and Hong Kong to engage in extensive exchanges, seeking new paths and practical strategies to help innovative entities overcome the difficulties in rights protection when going overseas.
CPA Electronics and Electricity Department deputy manager Ms. Hu Lili was a guest speaker of the salon. In her presentation, she delved into the key contents of the latest amendments to the Chinese Guidelines for Patent Examination, and provided analysis on whole-chain patent strategies in alignment with guiding policies and adapting to industry needs from practical perspectives such as compliance risk control and maintenance of patent rights stability, so as to assist enterprises in solidifying their IP system as a foundation for innovative development.
CPA, established more than forty years ago, has grown into a leading IP firm of widespread international recognition, with its head office in Hong Kong, and branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen in China in addition to several representative offices overseas.
