MIP Continues to Rank CPA a Top-Tier Patent and Trademark Prosecution Firm & Recognises 7 CPA Litigators as Outstanding Practitioners

The 2026 edition of IP Stars Asia-Pacific rankings has been released by Managing IP magazine. China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) is honoured to share that this year our firm was named again as a Tier 1 firm in both patent prosecution and trademark prosecution categories, and also, we were recommended for our patent contentious and trademark contentious work.

The IP Stars rankings, a premier specialist guid to leading IP law firms and practitioners across more than 70 jurisdictions, were derived based on six months' research through interviews, e-mails, and online surveys of thousands of corporations and law firms, and using publicly available information such as those disclosed by the courts and IP offices as well as information submitted by firms.
