Benchmark Litigation China 2026 Recommends CPA Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai Offices & Names Three CPA Senior Attorneys as Litigation Stars

Benchmark Litigation, the internationally renowned publication that focuses exclusively on litigation work, has released its China Regional Rankings 2026, which recognise the leading law firms and litigators in intellectual property (IP) and other specialised practice areas in China (currently covering six provinces and three municipalities). 

We are pleased to share that our firm China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA)'s three offices in China, namely, CPA Beijing Office, CPA Shenzhen Office, and CPA Shanghai Office, were all on the list of Benchmark Litigation's recommended firms in IP dispute resolution. In addition, CPA deputy general manager Mr. Xiong Yanfeng, Legal Affairs Department deputy manager Mr. Ke Ke, and litigator Mr. Tong Chunlong were named as Litigation Stars in the field of IP. 

The 2026 Benchmark Litigation rankings were based on nine months' research during which extensive interviews were made with dispute resolution specialists, litigators, and corporate counsels, taking into account recent casework handled by the firms, as well as client feedback and legal practitioners' opinions within their jurisdiction or practice area.
