CPA Wins Series of Patent Invalidation Cases for International Environmental Technology Company

Recently, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. (CPA) achieved outstanding results in representing an international environmental technology company in a series of patent invalidation cases.

In this series of cases, invalidation requests were raised in quick succession against three of our client's patents, presenting manifold challenges due to the large number of cases involved and tight response timeframe. Faced with such challenges, CPA promptly assembled a dedicated team of senior patent attorneys, convening intensive internal discussions and conference calls to study the technical solutions in question and formulate precise strategies for patent defence and claim amendments of the cases. Ultimately, all the three patents were upheld, with validity maintained on the basis of amended claims.
